History of Pinnacle Sports Group

Founded in 2024, Pinnacle Sports Group (PSG) is a nationwide company specializing in advising, marketing, and representing student-athletes and professional athletes to assist them in achieving their dreams. PSG helps athletes secure the best opportunities through NIL deals and brand partnerships while supporting their growth in and out of competition.

Founder Jay Joyner is a former Division 1 Head Basketball Coach with 20 years of coaching experience and 8 years in leadership roles. Jay has had the privilege of mentoring student-athletes from early stages to professional careers, understanding the unique challenges they face.

In addition to athlete representation and marketing services, PSG also specializes in hosting events, including sports tournaments and other multi-team events (MTE). PSG's expertise in event organization helps athletes gain exposure and promotes community engagement.

Jay and his team will bring the same dedication to athlete development into the business world, helping athletes and brands build lasting partnerships.
