At Pinnacle Sports Group, we are dedicated to advancing basketball talent through elite development, informed guidance, and strategic exposure. Our mission is to equip athletes with the knowledge, resources, and opportunities needed to compete at the highest level, grow professionally, and build meaningful futures beyond the game. Founder Jay Joyner is a FIBA-Licensed Agent, now licensed to represent athletes in professional contract negotiations.

Pinnacle Sports Group was formally founded in 2024 — but the work behind it spans two decades. Jay has spent over 20 years watching talented athletes miss opportunities they deserved, not because they lacked the ability, but because they lacked clarity, structure, or someone in their corner who actually understood how decisions get made on the other side of the table.
PSG is the formalized version of the guidance Jay has always given — now available to more athletes, with more structure, and a team built around the same philosophy.

Jay Joyner spent over 20 years on Division I sidelines — eight of them as a head coach — signing players, building programs, and learning exactly what separates athletes who get recruited from those who don't. That firsthand experience is the foundation of everything PSG does. Jay is also a FIBA-Licensed Agent, now licensed to represent athletes in professional contract negotiations — a license held individually by Jay. His education-first philosophy prioritizes preparation over hype and steady development over shortcuts.

At Pinnacle Sports Group, Travis Glover supports the evaluation process that sits at the heart of everything PSG does. As a Player Scout, his role is to identify prospective talent, evaluate players through film study and live viewings, and report his findings back to the PSG team. Travis brings a player-first perspective to scouting — one that prioritizes honest evaluation over hype, and long-term potential over highlight-reel moments.
